Sticky Chilli Cheese Pull Apart Loaf


8g Dried yeast

75g Milk

4g Eggs

450g Strong flour

8g Salt

115g Butter        

100g Prep Kitchen Sticky Chilli

60g Grated cheese mild

20g Grated parmesan        

1 Egg yolk

50g Milk


  1. Whisk whole eggs, pour in warm milk, yeast and leave to ferment.
  2. Rub together butter, salt and flour.
  3. In a large bowl or Hobart using a dough hook bind and knead mixes 1,2 until soft and shiny, approx. 10 minutes.
  4. Leave mix in a floured bowl covered to prove.
  5. Knock back to remove excess air and pin out in a 1cm flat sheet, spoon on sticky chilli and both cheeses. Roll up sheet and cut into discs.
  6. Arrange discs in a suitable spring form or ring mould.
  7. Glaze to suit, Leave to prove again. Cook in 180‘C pre heated oven.
