Use a quality toasted granola or muesli mix with whole nuts and seeds.
Peel the orange skin without pith and bake at 100°C for 1 hour or until the orange has dried completely with a slight colouring. Once cold, use a spice blender to blend into a fine dust mixed with the icing sugar.
For each flavoured tofu mix, add ingredients to a blender and mix till fine.
For serving arrange in layers with 2/3 of flavoured tofu to 1/3 of granola or muesli.
