Jinu Abraham

Jinu Abraham is the executive chef of the Heritage Auckland. His career includes many New Zealand Culinary Fare successes. In 2011 Heritage Auckland introduced a wide range of vegan and vegetarian dishes as part of the hotel’s mainstream menus to great success. For his efforts, Jinu won the inaugural New Zealand Vegetarian Challenge.
